What you will do

  • Identify and build partnerships with leading manufacturers to integrate hardware components into their product roadmaps.
  • Nurture deep-rooted relationships across C-suite, Product Management, and Engineering levels to ensure preferred provider status.
  • Collaborate with partners to define joint value propositions that enhance end-product performance and competitive edge.
  • Oversee the entire partnership lifecycle from initial prototyping and testing to full-scale mass production.
  • Act as the primary bridge between partner engineering teams and internal R&D and Supply Chain departments.
  • Lead complex negotiations regarding long-term supply agreements (LSA), pricing, and intellectual property.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Hardware Sales, OEM Account Management, or Strategic Alliances (e.g., Semiconductors, IoT, Electronics).
  • Technical literacy in hardware architecture, datasheets, and integration challenges.
  • Proven track record of managing long sales cycles (6–18 months) and maintaining momentum.
  • Experience in drafting and closing high-stakes, multi-year sustainable growth contracts.
  • Exceptional English communication skills to translate technical benefits into business value.
  • Knowledge of networking, IP-based technologies, and global supply chain dynamics.
