TL;DR

Sales and Business Development Manager (IoT): Managing and expanding the North Asia market by discovering and onboarding high-revenue accounts with an accent on consultative selling and strategic relationship building. Focus on developing a high-performing sales pipeline and navigating complex B2B negotiations within the IoT ecosystem.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Taiwan)

What you will do

  • Identify and onboard high-revenue accounts to grow the company's presence in North Asia.
  • Execute a multi-touch sales strategy to build relationships and manage appointments with key prospects.
  • Conduct consultative selling to solve business challenges and deliver tailored high-quality proposals.
  • Manage the entire sales journey from lead nurturing and presentation to negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to organize events and webinars to attract new business.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure seamless customer handovers and exceed client expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development using a consultative, solutions-based selling process.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (Business spoken and written).
  • Existing professional network among OEM, ODM, Systems Integrators, and Solutions Providers in the IoT sector.
  • Strong commercial confidence with expertise in objection handling and closing complex deals.
  • Excellent written, phone, and face-to-face communication skills.
  • Must be based in Taiwan to support the hybrid work model.
