Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Taiwan)

What you will do
- Identify and onboard high-revenue accounts to grow the company's presence in North Asia.
- Execute a multi-touch sales strategy to build relationships and manage appointments with key prospects.
- Conduct consultative selling to solve business challenges and deliver tailored high-quality proposals.
- Manage the entire sales journey from lead nurturing and presentation to negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate with Marketing to organize events and webinars to attract new business.
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless customer handovers and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development using a consultative, solutions-based selling process.
- Fluent in Mandarin (Business spoken and written).
- Existing professional network among OEM, ODM, Systems Integrators, and Solutions Providers in the IoT sector.
- Strong commercial confidence with expertise in objection handling and closing complex deals.
- Excellent written, phone, and face-to-face communication skills.
- Must be based in Taiwan to support the hybrid work model.
