What you will do

• Lead the technical execution and installation of AI-driven products for healthcare clients.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact between the customer and internal teams.
• Collaborate with health system leadership to align implementations with client strategic objectives.
• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the customer base.
• Manage multiple concurrent customer implementations according to established project plans.
• Partner with internal teams to improve company processes and develop new product tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
• Prior experience implementing or supporting Epic or Cerner software systems (e.g., certification or clinical application build).
• Experience implementing products based on AI-driven models.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage multiple client relationships.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
