Sr. Customer Success Partner (Transportation)

Location: Must be located in the United States. Remote with up to 25% travel.

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 base annually

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and penetrate the Transportation vertical.
• Maintain and expand relationships with C-level executives in strategic accounts.
• Analyze revenue trends, competitive threats, and identify opportunities for new product adoption.
• Coordinate with operations and technology teams to ensure service levels are met.
• Manage contractual documentation, including MSAs, SOWs, and RFP responses.
• Deliver quarterly and annual business reviews to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in sales account management for strategic national or global accounts.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record of managing complex solutions and C-level relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA State and Federal Guidelines.
• Experience in the Transportation industry (e.g., Driver Qualification).
• 3+ years of virtual work experience.
