What you will do

  • Plan and execute in-person and hybrid programs, including executive dinners, roundtables, conferences, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to define target accounts, prioritize attendees, and align on event goals.
  • Design programs specifically to drive meetings, pipeline generation, deal acceleration, and customer expansion.
  • Manage end-to-end execution, including audience strategy, invitations, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up.
  • Track and report on performance metrics, including attendee quality and revenue impact.
  • Iterate on the events program to improve scalability and repeatability.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing.
  • Proven experience executing events that are directly tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with sales and marketing partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs, vendors, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Must be based in Canada.
