Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year

What you will do
- Oversee administration and maintenance of internal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Manage enterprise software tools such as Microsoft Entra, InTune, Azure, Office 365, Salesforce, and Slack to ensure security and cost-effectiveness.
- Plan and monitor the IT budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and hardware procurement.
- Lead the IT helpdesk, managing support for global employees and maintaining SLA targets.
- Manage and mentor a team of IT Operations Engineers.
- Collaborate with Information Security to ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations, preferably within a SaaS software company.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra, InTune (MAM/MDM, Conditional Access), Office 365, and Azure.
- Proven ability to lead large IT projects through the full lifecycle from conception to maintenance.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing IT budgets and software contracts.
- Must be based in Chicago, IL for on-site infrastructure administration.
