TL;DR

What you will do

  • Manage IT Operations leads and teams across North America, including locations in Austin, San Francisco, and New York.
  • Oversee the regional delivery of onsite IT support, AV event support, and level 2 service desk escalations.
  • Drive standardization of IT practices in alignment with global policies using ITIL-aligned processes for incident and asset management.
  • Partner with HR, Facilities, and Security to provide seamless onboarding and workplace IT experiences.
  • Develop workforce plans, staffing strategies, and provide career coaching and mentoring to the IT team.
  • Own regional metrics and operational dashboards to report IT health and risk areas to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years in IT Operations or IT Service Management.
  • 4+ years in people management, including experience managing other managers or multi-site teams.
  • Proven track record of leading IT Operations in a regional capacity within a global company.
  • Hands-on knowledge of enterprise IT environments (Windows, Mac, Linux, endpoint management, and identity/access).
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and service contracts using ITIL practices.

Nice to have

  • ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Intermediate certifications.
  • Experience with Jira Service Management, Atlassian Assets, JAMF, InTune, or Okta.
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification.
  • Background in technology, SaaS, or other high-growth industries.
