What you will do

• Administer and support the enterprise Jira instance, including integrations and automations.
• Lead the implementation of new business logic and workflows at the enterprise level.
• Manage and contribute to the company knowledge base via Confluence.
• Administer and define best practices for company-wide AI tools and platforms.
• Manage SSO/IdP solutions and device management through MDMs.
• Assess IT platform configurations to recommend and implement improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Deep expertise in supporting Atlassian Cloud infrastructure, specifically Jira and Confluence.
• Proven experience with endpoint management solutions such as Jamf and Intune.
• Strong proficiency in Okta for identity and access management.
• Familiarity with SOX and HIPAA compliance rules.
• Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 suites.
• Background in AD and Entra ID integration management.
• Knowledge of Server OS, privilege/access control, and virtualization.
