Location: Onsite in Rome, Italy (preferred) or remote anywhere in the EU (except UK). Occasional international travel to Rome is required.

What you will do
- Manage and expand a portfolio of enterprise and multinational clients to ensure long-term growth and retention.
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, aligning technology and services with client business goals.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities through consultative upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
- Coordinate complex, multi-departmental programs across various regions for seamless delivery.
- Partner with internal Sales, Operations, and Product teams to deploy innovative AI-driven localization solutions.
- Track account performance and revenue forecasts to report KPIs to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in account management or enterprise relationship management.
- 3+ years of experience in the localization, translation, or language services industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex multinational accounts and growing revenue portfolios.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience with a value-based consultative approach.
- Fluent English; Italian fluency is an advantage.
- Must be based in the EU (excluding UK) or be able to work onsite in Rome.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with localization platforms, AI-assisted translation tools, or enterprise TMS solutions.
- Experience working with regulated industries such as life sciences, finance, or legal.
