What you will do
- Build and execute a channel strategy focusing on new pipeline generation and partner-influenced revenue.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and activate VARs and channel partners across North America and EMEA.
- Own a revenue quota tied directly to partner-sourced and influenced bookings.
- Collaborate with AEs and SEs on account mapping and joint pipeline reviews.
- Develop certification and training programs to enable partners for rapid demand generation.
- Work with RevOps to operationalize partner processes within CRM and PRM systems.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in channel, VAR, or ecosystem roles with direct accountability for revenue growth.
- Willingness to travel 50-75% for recruitment and field engagements.
- Proven track record of building channel programs from the ground up (not just inheriting them).
- Success in a quota-carrying individual contributor (IC) role.
- Deep understanding of VAR motions, distribution models, and co-sell workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
