TL;DR

Location: Remote (USA), preferably West Coast or Midwest

Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 annually

What you will do

  • Build and convert the Databricks co-sell pipeline to drive revenue.
  • Lead joint account planning, QBRs, and closing strategies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from customer identification to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Establish and maintain C-level relationships with Databricks stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with NVIDIA, AWS, and Microsoft to amplify co-sell pursuits.
  • Architect scalable GTM frameworks and repeatable sales plays.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner or alliances consulting sales.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks.
  • 2+ years of co-selling experience with cloud hyperscalers.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% for partner meetings and field alignment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Nice to have

  • Relevant partner certifications (Databricks, AWS, Microsoft, CSAP).
  • Enterprise quota experience and strong pursuit leadership.
  • Thought leadership in data mesh, data products, and AI/GenAI.
