What you will do

• Define and execute SI/GSI partner strategy, recruiting top-tier global and regional partners.
• Drive partner-sourced pipeline and net new logo acquisition through strategic relationships.
• Act as executive sponsor for strategic partners, developing joint business plans and revenue targets.
• Design partner sales enablement programs, including competitive positioning and value selling.
• Integrate hirify.global into partner CX transformation practices and digital transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with sales, professional services, and cloud partnership teams to maximize impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years in partner management or alliances, with 4+ years specifically in consulting/SI partnerships.
• Proven track record of scaling SI programs and driving net new business growth.
• Deep experience in CX transformation, contact center modernization, or digital customer service.
• Experience working with major consulting firms (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Capgemini).
• Strong enterprise sales background and understanding of complex B2B SaaS cycles.
• Must be based in Canhirify.global.
