TL;DR

Manager, Partner Account Managers (AI): Leading a team of Partner Account Managers to scale Claude's enterprise footprint through a services partner ecosystem with an accent on operating models, partner enablement, and joint revenue growth. Focus on building scalable playbooks, coaching PAMs, and optimizing the engagement model for specialist and regional SIs.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY); staff are expected to be in the office at least 25% of the time.

Salary: $355,000 - $425,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Account Managers covering services partners.
  • Shape the operating model for the partner tier, including QBRs, forecasting, and partner health tracking.
  • Build and evolve playbooks for recruiting, onboarding, activating, and growing partners.
  • Collaborate with enablement, product, and solutions teams to ensure partners can deliver production-grade Claude solutions.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with sales, marketing, legal, and finance to remove friction and accelerate joint outcomes.
  • Surface partner and market insights to inform hirify.global's broader partner strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partner sales, channel sales, alliances, or partner management at a technology company.
  • 3+ years of experience managing partner-facing teams, including senior individual contributors.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through SI or consulting partner channels.
  • Experience building or scaling partner programs, tier structures, and operating cadences in fast-growing environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to coach teams through complex enterprise deals and negotiations.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience working with specialist/regional SIs (e.g., Persistent, Slalom, Ahead, DXC, Genpact).
  • Experience in AI, cloud platforms, or other high-growth technology categories.
  • Experience managing partner teams across multiple geographies and cultures.
  • Background spanning partner management and adjacent disciplines like direct enterprise sales.
