What you will do

• Establish and foster long-term partnerships with existing publishers in the market.
• Monitor and maintain consistent daily traffic flow from top-tier clients.
• Optimize performance to achieve positive revenue balance and minimize losses.
• Serve as the primary point of contact to support and respond to client needs.
• Negotiate new monetization strategies and test innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with internal global teams across various departments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of client-facing experience in digital media or online publishing.
• Deep understanding of the Italian digital publishing and advertising market.
• Verifiable track record of closing major deals with publishers or advertisers.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, GTM, and BI tools like Tableau.
• Technical knowledge of AMP, Instant Article, and WordPress (including plugins).
• Existing warm contacts and connections with local publishers and media groups in Italy.

• Experience with Native Advertising.
