What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic startup accounts, developing and executing comprehensive account plans.
• Partner with solutions architects to drive technical engagements and accelerate the product development process for startups.
• Own and forecast consumption revenue targets.
• Analyze key account metrics to provide actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, research, engineering, and finance teams to optimize customer success.
• Act as an advocate for the startup community, synthesizing feedback to improve the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience selling PaaS, cloud, or API products.
• Proven experience within the startup ecosystem as a founder, employee, or account lead.
• Experience working directly with C-level executives and startup founders.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to London, UK.
