What you will do

• Identify sales opportunities through aggressive prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building.
• Communicate hirify.global's value propositions to prospects in the IT Operations sector.
• Manage leads and track progress consistently using Salesforce.com.
• Generate new business prospects using discovery, research, and various lead sources.
• Qualify leads from marketing, tradeshows, referrals, and partners.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience within an inside sales organization.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Outreach.
• Experience with Cognism or similar sales playbooks.
• Strong tenacity and objection handling skills.
• Ability to reach decision-makers and qualify sales opportunities effectively.
