What you will do

  • Identify and research target accounts, specifically data teams, AI teams, and analytics leaders.
  • Run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Personalize outreach strategies for technical personas, including data and analytics engineers.
  • Collaborate with marketing on messaging, campaigns, and feedback loops.
  • Track outreach and performance using CRM tools to maintain a healthy pipeline.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in BDR/SDR, sales, or growth roles, preferably in SaaS or startups.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort engaging with technical audiences and an ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI, data, and developer tools.
  • Self-starter mindset capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to data teams, developers, or other technical buyers.
  • Familiarity with the modern data stack, including tools like dbt, Snowflake, and Databricks.
  • Prior experience working within an early-stage startup.
