Business Development Representative (Emerging AI Products): Driving revenue growth for hirify.global's AI Customer Service products through pipeline generation and customer engagement with an accent on strategic targeting and multi-channel prospecting. Focus on partnering with Account Executives across high-velocity and complex sales cycles, building product expertise, and providing cross-functional feedback to optimize conversion.

Chicago, Illinois. Hybrid: in office at least 3 days per week. Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Base: $40.10-$47.91 per hour (Greater Chicago Area). OTE: $83,400-$99,653 annually.

hirify.global is the AI Customer Service company building advanced AI agent Fin and the Customer Service Suite to transform customer experiences for global businesses.

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to build and prioritize strategic target account lists using firmographics, technographics, and intent data.
  • Engage new prospects and existing customers across the sales funnel, from first touch to adoption and expansion.
  • Operate in high-velocity and complex sales motions, adapting to fast deals and multi-stakeholder processes.
  • Develop deep expertise in hirify.global's Customer Agent and Sales Agent products to articulate value to prospects.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to generate and convert pipeline.

Requirements

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Strong desire to build a career in Sales, aiming for a closing role.
  • 1+ year of customer-facing work experience (Sales or SaaS a plus).
  • Comfortable working at pace in a high-velocity environment with strong prioritization.
  • Prospecting skills across cold calling, email, and social selling.
  • Clear communication, adaptability to audiences, active listening.
  • Growth mindset, results-oriented, curiosity about AI in sales and customer service.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Familiarity with SFDC, Outreach, Cognism, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
