TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (AI): Generating pipeline and qualifying prospective clients for an AI customer service platform with an accent on outbound prospecting and omni-channel campaign deployment. Focus on communicating the value of AI Agents, consulting with businesses on AI maturity, and utilizing modern sales toolstacks.

Location: Hybrid (Toronto, Ontario) - expectation to work from the office 4 days per week

What you will do

  • Craft and deploy personalized omni-channel campaigns to prospective clients.
  • Qualify prospective clients through video and phone calls.
  • Develop and optimize outbound prospecting strategies.
  • Master the hirify.global product to act as a subject matter expert for clients.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to build long-term relationships with new accounts.
  • Utilize sales tools including Outreach, LinkedIn, Gong, Vidyard, and Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High motivation and comfort with making cold calls.
  • Ability to think creatively and hirify.globalpt in an accelerated environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Toronto office 4 days per week.
  • SaaS experience is considered a plus.
