What you will do
- Build targeted outbound campaigns for BD and proposal leaders at GovCon firms while managing inbound flow.
- Lead the full sales cycle including discovery, demos, and pricing for $30k–$100k+ ACV SaaS subscriptions.
- Guide prospects through FAR-driven vendor setups, security questionnaires, and ITAR/FedRAMP concerns.
- Close new logos and drive usage and upsells across additional seats and modules.
- Develop repeatable sales playbooks, write sequences, and instrument CRM.
- Support customer onboarding during the first 60 days to ensure activation.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of quota-carrying success closing SMB/mid-market SaaS ($30k-$100k ACV).
- Proficiency in both cold outreach and warm referral management.
- Ability to communicate value and map power with C-suite executives and proposal managers.
- U.S. citizenship is required to discuss controlled, export-restricted workflows.
- Ability to work onsite in New York City or Washington DC five days a week.
- Comfortable with travel up to twice a month.

- Experience in GovCon, public sector, or regulated industries.
