TL;DR

Location: On-site in Culver City (Mon-Thu), remote on Fridays

Compensation: $140,000 – $150,000 OTE

hirify.global is an AI-powered business communication platform providing Voice and Chat AI agents to automate customer engagement across support, marketing, and sales.

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for SMB and Mid Market accounts from lead generation to deal closing.
  • Execute outbound and inbound sales strategies using cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of SMB accounts to ensure consistent engagement.
  • Utilize Hubspot CRM to track customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas to drive company revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle sales, preferably within the SaaS technology industry.
  • Proven track record of independently managing and closing sales cycles for SMB and Mid Market accounts.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Culver City.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting persuasive pitches.
  • Deep understanding of CRM tools and sales enablement software.
