Location: Must be based in San Francisco (Hybrid/In-office)
Salary: $175,000 – $200,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Own the GTM strategy, ICP definition, and positioning to drive revenue growth.
- Generate high-converting enterprise and self-serve leads.
- Manage analytics and conversion funnels to ensure repeatability and predictability in the pipeline.
- Collaborate with the CEO, sales, and product teams to connect the product to the right customers.
- Develop credible content and campaigns that resonate with backend engineers and API users.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth or marketing for devtools or infrastructure products.
- Must be located in San Francisco for in-office work.
- Experience working at an early-stage startup in a high-ambiguity environment.
- Deep understanding of PLG, bottom-up adoption, and developer workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
