TL;DR

Founding Marketing Lead (DevTools): Building and scaling hirify.global’s go-to-market engine to increase revenue and pipeline creation with an accent on ICP definition, positioning, and messaging. Focus on generating enterprise and self-serve leads, managing analytics funnels, and capturing developer mindshare.

Location: In-office in San Francisco (Hybrid)

Salary: $175,000 – $200,000 + Equity

hirify.global is a fast-growing startup building scalable developer infrastructure for server-to-server communication and webhooks.

What you will do

  • Build and scale the GTM engine to drive revenue and pipeline growth.
  • Define and iterate on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), positioning, and messaging.
  • Generate high-converting leads for both enterprise and self-serve segments.
  • Own analytics and funnels to ensure repeatability and predictability in growth.
  • Collaborate with the CEO, sales, and product teams to align product value with customer needs.

Requirements

  • Must be based in San Francisco for in-office work.
  • 3+ years of experience in growth or marketing for devtools or infrastructure products.
  • Proven experience working at early-stage startups.
  • Deep understanding of backend engineers, APIs, and developer workflows.
  • Experience with PLG (Product-Led Growth) and bottoms-up adoption.
