Location: In-office in San Francisco (Hybrid)
Salary: $175,000 – $200,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Build and scale the GTM engine to drive revenue and pipeline growth.
- Define and iterate on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), positioning, and messaging.
- Generate high-converting leads for both enterprise and self-serve segments.
- Own analytics and funnels to ensure repeatability and predictability in growth.
- Collaborate with the CEO, sales, and product teams to align product value with customer needs.
Requirements
- Must be based in San Francisco for in-office work.
- 3+ years of experience in growth or marketing for devtools or infrastructure products.
- Proven experience working at early-stage startups.
- Deep understanding of backend engineers, APIs, and developer workflows.
- Experience with PLG (Product-Led Growth) and bottoms-up adoption.
