Salary: $50,000–$70,000 annually

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, triaging and routing requests to internal subject matter experts for timely resolution.
- Proactively identify client pain points and lead product demos to recommend enhancements and upsell opportunities.
- Own and manage the Product Asset Library, partnering with SMEs to develop case studies, one-pagers, and social content.
- Maintain and update the company website, leveraging analytics to provide insights and content recommendations.
- Manage LinkedIn and other social media channels, including content creation and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with Sales and SMEs during pre-sales cycles to support lead progression and solution positioning.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer success, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Strong presentation skills with a track record of leading successful client-facing demos.
- Experience in writing and creating pre-sales marketing and sales materials.
- Experience as a website content author capable of making direct updates.
- Must be located in CT or NC.
