Salary: $50,000 base plus commission

What you will do

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social platforms
• Conduct research to personalize outreach for target accounts and personas
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings with Account Executives
• Achieve KPIs for meetings, pipeline, and outreach activity
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track activities accurately
• Test and iterate on messaging, sequencing, and tactics
• Collaborate with Marketing, Enablement, and RevOps teams

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Demonstrated resilience in high-activity environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including outbound calling
• Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to outreach and CRM
• Self-motivated, accountable, and competitive mindset
• Eager to learn, receive feedback, and experiment
