Location: Remote (US)
Salary: $50,000 base plus commission

What you will do
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social platforms
- Conduct research to personalize outreach for target accounts and personas
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings with Account Executives
- Achieve KPIs for meetings, pipeline, and outreach activity
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track activities accurately
- Test and iterate on messaging, sequencing, and tactics
- Collaborate with Marketing, Enablement, and RevOps teams
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Demonstrated resilience in high-activity environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including outbound calling
- Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to outreach and CRM
- Self-motivated, accountable, and competitive mindset
- Eager to learn, receive feedback, and experiment
