What you will do

• Lead the finance function, managing accounting, FP&A, and statutory compliance across Singapore and US entities.
• Define and execute financial strategy aligned with SaaS scaling models, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Manage investor relations, serving as the primary financial interface for board members and prospective investors.
• Lead end-to-end fundraising processes, including investor targeting, pitch narratives, due diligence, and term sheet negotiation.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership to support pricing, contract structure, and revenue recognition strategy.
• Drive operational efficiency using data-driven insights and AI-native financial tools.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience at a technology or SaaS company.
• Direct, hands-on experience leading a fundraising process from preparation through close.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS business models, metrics, and financial reporting standards.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining investor relationships.
• Experience operating in a high-growth, global, multi-entity environment.
• Strong financial modelling and data storytelling skills.
