What you will do

• Establish and operationalize core metrics and KPIs to drive company-wide performance.
• Partner with functional leaders in product, engineering, sales, and marketing to improve efficiency and growth.
• Lead strategic financial planning, including company forecasting and scenario modeling.
• Guide investment decisions and provide strategic resource allocation recommendations to the CEO.
• Build and catalyze a data-driven culture across all business units.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, consulting, business operations, or corporate strategy.
• Background in management consulting, investment banking, or similar highly analytical environments.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership in a high-growth company.
• Must be based in Austin, TX to meet the hybrid onsite requirement.
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• SaaS or technology company experience is preferred.
