What you will do

• Lead and manage a global finance department encompassing FP&A, reporting, and business partnering groups.
• Own the execution of short- and midterm financial strategies, including planning cycles and performance reviews.
• Partner with executive leadership to communicate financial performance, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Drive improvements to financial processes, internal controls, and automation to optimize operational performance.
• Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
• Provide data-driven insights to support resource allocation and strategic investment decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, specifically within FP&A, corporate, or strategic finance.
• 5+ years of proven managerial or leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications and professional financial planning tools.
• Strong ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
