What you will do

• Fully own strategic FP&A including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range modeling for SaaS and transactional revenue.
• Drive M&A strategy, financial due diligence, valuation, and benchmarking frameworks for potential targets.
• Architect finance systems transformation, evaluating and implementing modern FP&A tools with AI and automation.
• Oversee lean monthly close processes, ensuring accuracy, speed, and discipline.
• Produce high-impact board decks and financial presentations translating data into compelling stories.
• Partner with RevOps, Deal Desk, and executives for financial alignment across the company.

Requirements

• 10+ years progressive finance leadership with deep SaaS unit economics and revenue growth expertise.
• Mastery of FP&A and modeling, building complex 3-statement models and long-range plans.
• Direct M&A experience in full lifecycle, benchmarking, and financial due diligence.
• Track record leveraging AI and automation for budgeting and monthly close processes.
• "Player/Coach" self-starter thriving in agile environments, scaling via tech and processes.
• Exceptional communication for board narratives and executive partnerships.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
