TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (AI/SaaS): Building and growing strategic relationships with enterprise clients, driving revenue through consultative selling, and positioning hirify.global as the preferred AI solution provider with an accent on navigating complex sales cycles and influencing senior-level decision-makers. Focus on owning the full sales process from prospecting to closing, developing account strategies, and achieving revenue targets.

Location: Remote in US

Compensation: $125K Base Salary + Commission + Equity + 401K Match

What you will do

  • Own and drive the entire sales process for enterprise accounts, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior-level executives (C-suite, VP-level) within large enterprises.
  • Develop deep understanding of hirify.global’s solutions to deliver compelling value propositions tailored to enterprise needs.
  • Design and execute account strategies to penetrate and expand within key enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams for seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets while managing sales pipeline in CRM (HubSpot).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally within SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology sectors
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in complex, consultative sales cycles
  • Experience selling to large enterprises with deal sizes ranging from six to seven figures
  • Strong ability to engage and influence C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes and decision-making cycles
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies or enterprise software solutions
