What you will do
- Source and drive a robust sales pipeline by identifying prospects and ensuring consistent deal flow to meet targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand presence in the enterprise market.
- Engage key decision-makers, generate leads, and qualify opportunities using various techniques.
- Lead value-based conversations diagnosing pain points and aligning solutions to customer goals.
- Handle complex negotiations and close high-value deals while collaborating with sales, marketing, engineering, product, and success teams.
- Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and provide feedback for product and marketing improvements.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS, with proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to articulate complex concepts.
- Results-driven mindset with ability to work independently and in teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce and sales engagement tools; quick learner for new technologies.
