What you will do

  • Source and drive a robust sales pipeline by identifying prospects and ensuring consistent deal flow to meet targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand presence in the enterprise market.
  • Engage key decision-makers, generate leads, and qualify opportunities using various techniques.
  • Lead value-based conversations diagnosing pain points and aligning solutions to customer goals.
  • Handle complex negotiations and close high-value deals while collaborating with sales, marketing, engineering, product, and success teams.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and provide feedback for product and marketing improvements.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS, with proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to articulate complex concepts.
  • Results-driven mindset with ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce and sales engagement tools; quick learner for new technologies.
