What you will do
- Own and lead the US tax strategy to deliver sustainable value in alignment with Group goals.
- Lead quarterly US GAAP tax reporting and forecasting for the consolidated global tax provision.
- Oversee US Sales Tax obligations, including compliance management and Nexus analysis.
- Manage relationships and audits with US federal and state tax authorities.
- Advise on technical tax matters including BEAT, FDII, GILTI, and Subpart F.
- Support strategic tax projects and provide due diligence for M&A activity.
Requirements
- CPA qualification with a minimum of 12 years post-qualification experience across both large accountancy firms and in-house corporate environments.
- Strong US GAAP reporting experience, specifically with consolidated global tax provisioning.
- Expert technical understanding of US taxation (federal, state, and sales tax).
- Must be based in New York, NY to support an office-first hybrid culture.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tax authority audits and maintain regulatory relationships.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex tax topics for non-tax audiences.
