What you will do

• Perform buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, including carve-outs for private equity investors and asset-based lenders.
• Conduct financial due diligence on key areas of the Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
• Lead analysis on operational data, net working capital, debt, and debt-like items.
• Draft Quality of Earnings reports highlighting key financial findings and sustainable profit drivers.
• Design tailored transaction advisory reports regarding valuation model assumptions and business combinations.
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates while collaborating with partners on business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in a similar consulting practice servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and SEC Reporting.
• Must be based in the US (Philadelphia or Boston) to meet hybrid in-person requirements.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.

• CPA certification or CPA in process.
• Prior relevant consulting experience.
