What you will do
- Lead international components of quarterly and annual income tax provisions under ASC 740, ensuring SOX controls.
- Prepare and review international tax calculations, including GILTI, BEAT, FDDEI, and Subpart F.
- Oversee the global filing calendar and coordinate with external advisors across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
- Manage global transfer pricing documentation and oversee OECD Pillar Two (Global Minimum Tax) processes.
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Legal to streamline cross-functional workflows.
- Train, mentor, and develop junior staff while identifying opportunities to automate tax processes.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA and/or Master of Taxation preferred.
- 10+ years of international tax experience in public accounting and/or a multinational corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international tax laws and hands-on ASC 740 experience.
- Must be based in Menlo Park, CA for this hybrid position.
- Ability to manage large datasets and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with OECD Pillar Two (Global Minimum Tax) and transfer pricing.
- Proficiency with Workday ERP.
