TL;DR

Location: Boston, MA, United States (hybrid model requiring in-person attendance at least three days per week at GT office or client site)

Salary: $86,400–$129,600 (Massachusetts base range)

What you will do

• Run client engagements end-to-end, including planning, execution, budgeting, and project management
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on tax projects, assessing performance
• Deliver US State and Local Indirect Tax consulting, primarily Sales/Use Tax: reverse audits, audit defense, nexus analyses, research, exposure quantification, due diligence, and compliance
• Contribute to practice development through process improvements and thought leadership
• Collaborate with Global Indirect Tax team on various tax matters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Minimum 2-6 years of progressive tax compliance and/or consulting experience
• CPA, JD, or Certified Member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong teamwork, analytical skills, attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to travel as needed
