What you will do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for high-value medical capital equipment such as imaging systems, surgical equipment, and diagnostic devices.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and product demonstrations to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite executives, physicians, clinical staff, and supply chain leaders.
- Develop ROI analyses and cost justification proposals to help customers navigate capital budget approval processes.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management using CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal clinical specialists and service engineers to ensure successful equipment implementation.
Requirements
- Proven track record of closing large, strategic deals in the healthcare capital equipment industry.
- Strong clinical and financial acumen to align technical solutions with customer business needs.
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Must reside in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, or Tennessee.
