What you will do

• Drive territory growth through prospecting, developing, and closing new business while expanding existing accounts.
• Serve as the primary account manager for healthcare providers, including physicians and genetic counselors.
• Deliver tailored, consultative sales presentations to communicate the value of genomic testing services.
• Lead educational initiatives, including in-office appointments, regional conferences, and provider engagement events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain a high field presence (4.5 days per week) and document all interactions in the CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years in healthcare sales (preferably physician services) or 2+ years as a genetic counselor.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and successfully manage a large geographic territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
