Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year plus commission

What you will do

  • Lead a team of 15+ licensed agents, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Deliver real-time coaching, call shadowing, and immediate feedback to drive sales and conversion.
  • Manage day-to-day operations across multiple US time zones, including Eastern, Mountain, Pacific, and Hawaii.
  • Ensure strict adherence to CMS marketing rules and regulatory compliance.
  • Use data-driven insights and KPIs to foster professional development and maintain peak team output.
  • Handle customer escalation calls with empathy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • At least 2 years of supervisor/manager experience in a high-volume environment.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a call center, telesales, or sales environment.
  • Valid state health insurance license (or ability to acquire one prior to start date).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Proven ability to manage seasonal transitions between lock-in and high-pressure AEP/OEP cycles.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in Healthcare and/or Medicare sales.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and contact-center tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-assisted agent tools.
  • Experience building formal performance management and corrective action plans.
