Salary: Total compensation of $313,209 per year (at plan), including a base salary of $205,509

What you will do
- Develop a comprehensive, data-driven sales strategy and business plan to grow the Gulf Coast market.
- Build, lead, and manage a team of high-performing sales representatives to increase profitability and market share.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales team members.
- Create and enhance customized pitches for OBGYNs, MFMs, and prenatal Genetic Counselors.
- Analyze sales results and industry trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead of competition.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience in molecular diagnostics or genetics.
- Deep expertise in Women’s Health, Prenatal, or Reproductive Health sectors.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed ambitious goals (e.g., President’s Club).
- Existing portfolio of convertible client relationships throughout the Gulf Coast region.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and data analysis skills.
