Location: Remote (Must be based in the Gulf Coast region: Mississippi, Louisiana, or Memphis, TN)

Salary: Total compensation of $313,209 per year (at plan), including a base salary of $205,509

What you will do

  • Develop a comprehensive, data-driven sales strategy and business plan to grow the Gulf Coast market.
  • Build, lead, and manage a team of high-performing sales representatives to increase profitability and market share.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales team members.
  • Create and enhance customized pitches for OBGYNs, MFMs, and prenatal Genetic Counselors.
  • Analyze sales results and industry trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead of competition.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience in molecular diagnostics or genetics.
  • Deep expertise in Women’s Health, Prenatal, or Reproductive Health sectors.
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed ambitious goals (e.g., President’s Club).
  • Existing portfolio of convertible client relationships throughout the Gulf Coast region.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and data analysis skills.

  • Experience working in a start-up environment.
  • Previous clinical laboratory experience.
