Location: Remote (Must have employment eligibility to work in the United States)
Salary: $70,000 + Commission (Target OTE $105,000)

What you will do
- Sell the IpsiHand device directly to stroke survivors and caregivers in a DTC model.
- Manage the full sales pipeline from initial consultation through to closing.
- Schedule and lead virtual product consultations with prospective customers.
- Track customer progress through the funnel and identify improvements for the customer journey.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve targets.
- Help develop and refine sales processes to drive efficiency in a startup environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
- Employment eligibility to work in the United States is required; no visa sponsorship provided.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and medical terminology.
- Ability to maintain a strict daily schedule and cadence.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools.
- Experience in rehabilitation and stroke recovery.
