TL;DR

Business Development Representative (MedTech): Generating qualified sales demos and meetings with an accent on identifying high-potential prospects and crafting compelling outreach to drive company growth. Focus on championing modern AI-native development practices and helping MedTech innovators navigate complex compliance.

Location: Onsite in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 + un-capped commission + equity options

What you will do

  • Generate qualified sales demos and meetings.
  • Proactively engage inbound and outbound leads through email, LinkedIn, and phone with tailored outreach.
  • Source opportunities with target accounts through cold emails and calls in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Participate in online conversations with interested people and relevant topics on LinkedIn.
  • Conduct research on inbound and outbound target people and companies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to advance target accounts and develop a deep understanding of the product and target audiences.

Requirements

  • Interest in building a career in sales.
  • Strong self-starter mentality capable of forging an independent path to get things done.
  • Ability to grasp extremely complex technical concepts quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Ability to convey complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and strong organizational skills and habits.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in enterprise sales, medical device, or healthcare industry strongly preferred.
