TL;DR

Business Development Representative (MedTech): Generating qualified sales pipeline for a platform that helps regulated software teams move faster with an accent on outbound lead generation and personalized outreach. Focus on identifying high-potential prospects in the mid-market and growth segments and connecting with leaders in the medical device industry.

Location: Hybrid (Boston, MA). Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship provided)

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 + un-capped commission + equity options

What you will do

  • Generate qualified sales demos and meetings through proactive inbound and outbound engagement.
  • Conduct personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to target prospects.
  • Source opportunities in collaboration with the marketing team and ABM campaigns.
  • Perform research on target people and companies in the mid-market and growth segments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to advance target accounts through the funnel.
  • Maintain and update CRM information on leads accurately.

Requirements

  • Interest in building a career in sales with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • Unable to sponsor employment Visas (including H-1B), F-1 visas, or OPT status.
  • Passion for healthcare technology and the medical device industry.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in enterprise sales, medical devices, or the healthcare industry.
