What you will do
- Lead the design, build, and maintenance of the Programmatic Curation Platform, focusing on usability and scalable web services.
- Drive the architectural strategy for modern web applications core to the Advertising offering.
- Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Manage and modernize production applications for Demand Optimization, Campaign Management, and Data Collection.
- Establish robust end-to-end monitoring, alerting, and logging for all customer-facing Advertising services.
- Coach and lead a team of high-performing full-stack engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York, US for a hybrid work arrangement.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with high-volume, public-facing platforms.
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and building engineering cultures.
- 3+ years of experience in ad tech, programmatic advertising, or digital media technology.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and NextJS.
- Experience with at least one OO language (Rust, Java, Kotlin, or Python) and SQL/NoSQL databases.
