What you will do

• Lead the design, build, and maintenance of the Programmatic Curation Platform, focusing on usability and scalable web services.
• Drive the architectural strategy for modern web applications core to the Advertising offering.
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Manage and modernize production applications for Demand Optimization, Campaign Management, and Data Collection.
• Establish robust end-to-end monitoring, alerting, and logging for all customer-facing Advertising services.
• Coach and lead a team of high-performing full-stack engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, US for a hybrid work arrangement.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with high-volume, public-facing platforms.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and building engineering cultures.
• 3+ years of experience in ad tech, programmatic advertising, or digital media technology.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and NextJS.
• Experience with at least one OO language (Rust, Java, Kotlin, or Python) and SQL/NoSQL databases.
