What you will do

• Directly manage 6 engineers across two squads focusing on data analytics and design systems.
• Maintain high engineering quality by staying active in MR reviews and technical decisions.
• Unblock engineers both technically and organizationally to ensure steady delivery.
• Partner cross-functionally with product and design stakeholders to build consensus and maintain stability.
• Experiment with and establish AI tooling practices to scale the team's operational output.

Requirements

• Prior experience shipping production software, preferably recently as an independent contributor.
• Technical proficiency in React and Python codebases.
• Hands-on approach to leadership, including reading code and understanding technical bottlenecks.
• Bias for action and ability to resolve ambiguity decisively.
• Strong curiosity and experience with LLMs and AI tooling for engineering workflows.
• Must be based in the United States
