Location: Hybrid, New York, NY

Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 USD plus VC

What you will do

  • Grow programmatic revenue from Tier 1 and Tier 2 sportsbooks and iGaming operators in North America.
  • Manage senior commercial relationships with C-level, VP, and Head-of-Marketing stakeholders.
  • Execute end-to-end sales cycles for CTV, in-app, digital video, display, and DOOH.
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned with sports season calendars and in-game signals.
  • Partner with Product, Trading, and Marketing teams to refine betting-specific advertiser solutions.
  • Maintain pipeline and forecasting accuracy using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital and programmatic advertising sales.
  • 3+ years of specific experience within iGaming, sportsbooks, online casino, or regulated betting environments.
  • Proven track record selling programmatic media to Tier 1 and Tier 2 operators.
  • Deep knowledge of DSPs, PMPs, PG, Deal IDs, and programmatic buying workflows.
  • Experience managing complex, enterprise-level sales cycles.
  • Must be based in New York, NY to support a hybrid work model.
