TL;DR

Director, Sales (Ad Tech): Lead engagement with top-tier advertisers to drive omnichannel creative, activation, and measurement initiatives via hirify.global’s ad management platform with an accent on expanding customer base and partnerships. Focus on building robust sales pipelines, navigating matrixed organizations, and closing deals across programmatic OLV, CTV, display, audio, paid social, and advanced analytics.

Location: Chicago, IL

Salary: $135,000-165,000 per year

What you will do

  • Leverage network, events, and digital channels to build pipeline across Fortune 500 brands.
  • Master hirify.global portfolio for programmatic OLV, display, audio, CTV, paid social, and measurement.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Consulting, Client Success, Campaign Management, and Partnerships teams.
  • Maintain Salesforce records, forecasts, and reporting; meet quarterly revenue targets.
  • Acquire new clients and expand existing ones through increased product adoption.
  • Champion client satisfaction, provide product feedback, and educate on best practices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in online advertising sales with track record of meeting targets.
  • Deep knowledge of programmatic, DCO, audience-centric marketing, CTV, digital video, media landscapes; paid social valued.
  • Experience with industry vendors in digital media, paid social, video.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Salesforce proficiency.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments; excellent time management.
  • Travel to in-person meetings and events as required.

  • Agency or publisher experience.
