TL;DR

Director of Sales (HR Tech): Leading and growing a team of Account Executives to expand the book of business with new mid-market logos with an accent on regional bookings goals and pipeline growth. Focus on coaching sales teams, improving conversion rates through cross-functional collaboration, and delivering quarterly revenue targets.

Location: Must be based in the NYC Metro Area or Boston Area and able to come to the NYC office as needed. Candidates must reside in one of the authorized US states to be considered for employment.

Salary: Base $150,000–$200,000 + variable compensation

What you will do

  • Recruit, manage, and coach a team of Mid-market Account Executives to achieve annual quotas.
  • Deliver regional bookings goals via prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new logos.
  • Manage day-to-day performance and track KPIs using Salesforce to ensure pipeline accuracy.
  • Develop regional pipeline growth strategies in collaboration with SDR/BDR and Marketing teams.
  • Engage with key decision-makers, market influencers, and partners to drive business growth.
  • Ensure all new employees are properly onboarded, ramped, and trained.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the NYC Metro Area and/or Boston Area.
  • Must reside in one of the authorized US states (CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA).
  • 5+ years of managerial and leadership experience of SaaS sales teams.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales for global organizations.
  • Proven track record as a hunter and closer with Mid-Market/Enterprise clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
