OTE: $150,000 - $250,000+ (monthly retainer + uncapped commissions)

What you will do
- Proactively pitch ’s premium inventory, video formats, and contextual AI targeting to US media planners, programmatic buyers, and agency leadership.
- Source, qualify, and manage RFPs, collaborating with European AdOps and Yield teams to deliver winning proposals.
- Secure "Approved Vendor" status and close deals via Direct IOs, PMPs, and Programmatic Guaranteed.
- Act as primary US contact for clients, monitoring campaign pacing, ensuring delivery, and driving upsells and renewals.
- Provide market intelligence on US demands, pricing, and competitors to leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years proven success in digital media sales, selling publisher inventory, video formats, or programmatic solutions to US agencies
- Active relationships with decision-makers at major US HoldCos (GroupM, Omnicom, Dentsu, IPG) and trading desks
- Deep AdTech knowledge of programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs), contextual targeting, viewability (IAS, DoubleVerify), and CCPA compliance
- Entrepreneurial mindset as self-starter for autonomous 1099 contractor work
