What you will do
- Execute tailored account plans aligned with client KPIs and market trends.
- Drive revenue growth via upsell and cross-sell of programmatic strategies to solve business challenges.
- Act as an AdTech expert on Display, Video, Social, and DOOH channels.
- Build multi-level relationships and conduct Monthly Performance Reviews and executive QBRs.
- Identify at-risk signals and collaborate with internal teams to implement churn mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within the AdTech or Digital Media space.
- Solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSP and SSP functionality.
- Ability to extract actionable narratives from dashboards to improve client ROI.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Ad Ops, BI, Creative, and Product teams.
- Must be based in New York, NY.
Nice to have
- Previous experience or a strong interest in Real Money Gaming (RMG) or iGaming.
