hirify.global provides a cloud-based monetization platform for subscription- and usage-based businesses used by companies like Allstate, Honda, and Subaru.

What you will do

  • Act as a proactive partner guiding customers through platform features, best practices, and success plans to drive adoption and value.
  • Own a book of business with responsibility for retention and expansion revenue, carrying quotas for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities across new use cases, business units, subsidiaries, and geographies.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Collect product feedback, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain accurate CRM documentation.
  • Participate in business reviews, forecasting, and occasional customer site visits (1-2 times per year).

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management)
  • Experience with enterprise/mid-market customers in complex environments
  • Proven quota achievement and closing expansion opportunities
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM and Customer Success tools
  • Comfort with strategic conversations via web/in-person; independent priority management
  • Experience with subscriptions, usage-based pricing, payments, or e-commerce preferred
