What you will do

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and trading desks to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of new customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, delivering tailored advertising solutions aligned with their business objectives.
  • Create strategic proposals based on client KPIs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Engage in the RFP process to secure new customer business and collaborate with internal teams to manage campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in sports advertising to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in a direct sales role.
  • Experience selling and scaling programmatic ad campaigns at a Publisher, DSP, Agency, or Trading Desk.
  • Established relationships with advertising buying and planning teams at Omnicom Media Group.
  • Strong understanding of the sports content and advertising ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in prospecting, cold calling, and winning new accounts at a hyper-growth company.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and trade shows.
