What you will do
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and trading desks to secure long-term partnerships.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of new customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, delivering tailored advertising solutions aligned with their business objectives.
- Create strategic proposals based on client KPIs, objectives, and challenges.
- Engage in the RFP process to secure new customer business and collaborate with internal teams to manage campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in sports advertising to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in a direct sales role.
- Experience selling and scaling programmatic ad campaigns at a Publisher, DSP, Agency, or Trading Desk.
- Established relationships with advertising buying and planning teams at Omnicom Media Group.
- Strong understanding of the sports content and advertising ecosystem.
- Proven track record in prospecting, cold calling, and winning new accounts at a hyper-growth company.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and trade shows.
